About Sly Devil Software

   Sly Devil Software was but a twinkle in my eye in April 2000 when I took a CGI Programming in PERL course at Henson College (part of Dalhousie University). After completing the course I submersed myself into programming PERL.

   Shortly after completing my first major program I was approached by the owner of The Entangled Web to write a small program for one of his customers Anime N'More. I accepted. This was the first piece of software I had written for profit. After the first referral from The Entangled Web, came others. Customers began requesting more and more complicated programs and I had to keep up with the demand by constantly evolving my programming skills.

   Since the first program completed in April 2001, Sly Devil Software has done extensive programming for many sites (see the Work Experience Section). Each program is better than the previous with equal emphasis on the program interface, functionality and usability.

   As well as working for external sites, Sly Devil Software is also developing pre-packaged software for sale on this site. Software includes a shopping cart (Sly Cart), a mailing list manager (Sly Mailing List), traffic management programs (Sly Toplist, Sly Referers), and many more.

    Since January 2003, Sly Devil Software has also been providing web hosting for several websites. Other services provided include web design, search engine optimization, submission to search engines, and consulting.
